If you neither redeem nor renew in time, ownership passes to the store under the contract
2. Renew in store
Bring the contract and ID, pay the agreed fee, receive the renewal document
3. Renew in the app
Open the customer app, choose the contract and tap renew; the store confirms it · reminders before the due date
