Frequently asked questions
Why does the store price differ from the announcement?
The Gold Traders Association price is for the gold itself. Each jewelry piece adds a making fee based on the real cost of the work, with 7% VAT on the fee only.
Can I get a discount?
If it is something we can do for you, we are happy to help. Gold is priced by the association announcement and making fees by real cost, with the same standard for every customer. Making-fee discounts and gold prize activities are announced on our page — please follow it.
Why can some shops give bigger discounts?
Every shop has its own system, costs and way of selling. We choose one standard for all customers so we can look after everyone reliably in the long run and avoid problems later.
Can I buy gold in instalments with the store?
Yes. There are two plans; for now every contract starts open-price, with no interest, a first payment you choose, and the gold handed over when fully paid. See the Gold instalments page.
If I cannot finish paying, do I lose the money?
With the open-price plan, no — what you have paid can be used in full for other goods or services. With the locked-price plan, cancelling mid-way refunds only part of the amount, as per the conditions.
Can I take the gold home first?
With the store's plans the gold is handed over when fully paid, and we keep it safely for you meanwhile. To receive the gold on contract day, you can pay in instalments with a bank credit card; bank fees and interest may apply.
How are gold savings different from instalments?
Savings means depositing money little by little to turn it into gold over time. Instalments mean choosing the gold first and paying in instalments, while we keep it until it is fully paid.
What do I need to sell gold?
A Thai ID card, or a passport/pink card for foreigners · required by second-hand trading law
Can I sell gold without a warranty card?
Yes. We test and weigh it in front of you and tell you the price before you agree.
How long can I pawn?
Terms as posted in store, chosen when you sign; renew in store or in the app
How do I collect my savings?
When the balance is enough, collect at the store at that day's price
How can I check a piece is from your store?
Use the Check warranty page: enter the number or scan the QR on the card; owner details are never shown
